Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (excluding digital downloads and personalized/custom items).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). To request an RMA, please contact our customer service team at julianapin.17@gmail.com before shipping any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a prepaid, insured, and traceable shipping method. Please keep your tracking information until your refund has been processed.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
